Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or regular wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed products
  • Products without original tags
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Customized or altered products

Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • wrong product
  • defective product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number
  • product images
  • unboxing video (if possible)

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.


Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges based on:

  • size availability
  • product availability

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.


Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • amount will be credited to the original payment method or store credit

Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect.


Return Pickup

For eligible returns, pickup service may be available depending on your location.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address.


Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, Styliva will bear the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
