• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

• If the cancellation request is approved before shipping, the full amount will be refunded.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Styliva reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
• Payment issues

In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible for a full refund.
